How to Book a Tour
IMPORTANT: During the final booking process (checkout) you will be requested to add your hotel or your accommodation location.
Step 1: Choose Your Tour or Activity. Once you decide which one you wish to book online, you will have to check its availability. You only have to click on the “Booking and Availability” box and there you can choose the date or day that is more comfortable for you. Main Prices are per adult. After choosing your date of departure you add the number of adults, children and infants. Once you add the persons, you may add additional services. After that you press the ‘Book Now” button.
Step 2: Checkout. Here you will need to fill out the form with your details. Make sure you write your accommodation name or address and choose the language of your choice after checking the Activity/Tour program and languages.
Step 3: Checkout. Choose the way of payment.
Step 4: Payment. After your payment is confirmed(within Seconds) but our bank, you will receive a system confirmation. Within 24 hours you will receive your ticket together with all information regarding your transfer or the location of your activity, and your 24/7 emergency telephone number.

How do I book a seat on one of your tours? To book a tour, visit our ALL Tours in Crete page at ToursCrete.com. Click on a tour details and use the “Booking – Availability Form” to select dates and number and types of travelers. Proceed to checkout, and enter your personal details. Your information is secured, and we don’t share it with outside organizations. Once you reach the payment stage, our bank’s page will finalize the process. We’ll contact you with your tickets and other necessary information within 24 hours.
What happens after Payment is received? Upon payment, you’ll receive confirmation from the bank. It takes time to process and confirm your details. After verification. We’ll email you your ticket and tour-related info within 24 hours. If an error occurs after payment, don’t worry. We’ll notice it and confirm promptly.
How do I change my booking? For changes in tour date, meeting point, or number of people, contact us directly. Once agreed upon, we’ll amend your booking. If there’s a price difference, our customer support team will assist.
How do I know that you are a legitimate company? We’ve been in operation since 1992, facilitating tours for nearly 250 thousand people. Our unique number, 1039E60000045000, from Greek Tourism Authorities and the Greek National Tourism Organisation, confirms our legitimacy. What shall I do if I want to cancel my tour(s)? To cancel, email us at email@example.com. A full refund is available if notified 24-48 hours according to the tour you have selected before departure. Changes to tour date departure are at our discretion up to 24 hours before departure. We are usually very flexible but high season might be a problem.
Do I have to print my voucher? You can print it or show it on your smartphone.
What if a tour I purchased is no longer available? If the tour isn’t available for your chosen dates, we offer an alternative date or a full refund.
Are prices per person? Yes, all prices are in Euros per person.
Are your tours guided? Most of our tours include guides unless stated otherwise.
What is the maximum number of persons per online booking? For safety, the maximum is 49 persons per booking, but you can book in separate groups. If you are a group more than 14 persons pleaase contact us to arrange a better price.

What are the available ways of payment? Payment options include Visa or MasterCard, bank transfer, paying a deposit and the rest on the tour day, or paying at our Travel Office in Hersonissos. The cancellation terms remain consistent for all options: cancel 24-48 hours before tour departure for a full refund.
Do you offer Private tours and activities: Yes, we offer private tours for individuals or groups. All tours and activities you see in our website can be transform to private experiences.
What happens if i lose my pick up: The first thing you need to do if you are late only by few minutes is to call the emergency number on your ticket. If the bus is close we will find a way to connect you with it. If not dont worry you can re-schedule.
